I want to cancel my order but it has been longer then 30 minutes already. Am I still eligible for a cancallation?

If you requested a cancellation of your order more than 30 minutes ago, you are unfortunately no longer eligible to cancel your order. This is because your order is already in the order processing process and we can therefore no longer cancel it.
